Ability to communicate effectively with advisors and branch personnel on how to conduct Cross Border business. Monitor and analyze the organization's international footprint and jurisdictional exposure. Review existing enterprise processes, procedures and systems and advise on improvements. Ability to manage projects and develop relationships with business stakeholders.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for process or procedural improvement, and design improved solution alternatives.
• Support stakeholder engagement by arranging meetings, events, and other stakeholder engagement activities.
• Carry out delegated activities to support the identification and evaluation of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, as well as the design of mitigating solutions.
• Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.
• Contribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work, and support in generating new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements.
• Provides Cross Border support services, assisting internal associates and/or Financial Advisors in researching and resolving issues (via email or phone).
• Contribute to the preparation of various data and analytics reports.

Education

Bachelor’s: Accounting, Bachelor’s: Actuarial Science, Bachelor’s: Applied Mathematics
