Senior Analyst – SharePoint Content Publishing

What this job involves

Digital mindset

Are you passionate about digital platforms and content experiences? This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage SharePoint to enhance and transform digital content delivery within the real estate investment space. You will play a key role in supporting and managing JLL Connect sites and driving best-in-class content publishing practices.

Understanding and translating business needs

You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, processes, and functional specifications. This includes ensuring seamless planning and prioritization of projects with no gaps.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and managing SharePoint sites and pages in alignment with JLL brand guidelines
• Providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders on site structure and content architecture
• Driving process improvements and ensuring adoption of best practices
• Support SharePoint analytics reporting and enhance usability

Stakeholder management & delivery excellence

• Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, website owners, and requesters
• Manage content requests, queries, and issue resolution effectively
• Track user acceptance, identify gaps, and support issue investigation and resolution
• Ensure timely delivery against agreed timelines and maintain consistent communication with stakeholders
• Coordinate workflows team and align deliverables with business expectations

Technical and functional expertise

• Strong experience in SharePoint Content Publishing and site management
• Good understanding of SharePoint Online best practices and governance
• Proficient in creating SharePoint lists and libraries, utilizing web parts to build SharePoint pages, and possessing a strong understanding of access levels and permissions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Working knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI)

Core competencies

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong documentation and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Hands-on experience with Workfront application
• Willingness to adopt AI in daily workflows
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and track progress effectively
• Strong proofreading and content quality assurance capabilities

Employee Specifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in SharePoint or other Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Willingness to work in shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
• Location: Gurugram
