Senior Analyst – Commercial Valuation [Ho Chi Minh City]Support the delivery of commercial valuation and advisory assignments across Vietnam by conducting property valuations, market research, financial analysis, and client reporting. This role offers exposure to a wide range of real estate asset classes while working closely with experienced valuation professionals and clients within Vietnam's property market.
About the Role:
Conduct commercial valuation assignments across various asset classes, including office, retail, industrial, residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments, independently or as part of a project team.
Lead market research, data collection, and analysis to support valuation and advisory projects, ensuring accurate interpretation of market trends, transactions, and economic indicators.
Prepare valuation reports, market studies, financial models, and advisory deliverables, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with valuation standards.
Conduct site inspections, review property documentation, perform financial analysis, and maintain proprietary market databases to support valuation assignments.
Liaise with clients, prepare proposals and engagement documents, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality valuation and advisory services.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Property Valuation, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in commercial valuation, real estate advisory, appraisal, investment analysis, or related property consulting environments.
Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, financial modeling, market research, and property appraisal principles.
Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, with the ability to prepare professional reports and engage with clients.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially minded, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Relevant valuation certifications, valuation licenses, or professional memberships (e.g., MRICS) are advantageous.
