Job Description

  • As a Senior Investment Operations Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting credit risk assessment and portfolio performance within a global financial services organization. This role offers the opportunity to lead financial data analysis, evaluate borrower and property performance, and influence business decisions through meaningful insights. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams while strengthening your expertise in real estate finance and underwriting.     Position Responsibilities

    • Lead financial document collection and ensure timely, accurate reporting and follow-ups
    • Review and analyze financial statements, rent rolls, and operating data to identify trends and risks
    • Conduct annual loan reviews, assessing borrower financials, property performance, and credit risk
    • Oversee site inspection reviews and highlight potential risks or red flags
    • Support day-to-day operations, including prioritization, escalations, and ensuring data integrity
    • Drive process improvements, support projects, and contribute to training and knowledge sharing

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in commercial mortgage underwriting, real estate finance, or related field
    • 3+ years of experience working with financial analysis tools and advanced Excel
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
    • Exposure to loan servicing or financial systems (e.g., TreppPort)
    • Experience in process improvement or operational initiatives
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
