About your role

We are looking for a proactive and techno-functional Senior Analyst – Client Reporting Solutions to support Business-as-Usual (BAU) delivery and change. Working across business, operations, and technology teams, you will support BAU, identify opportunities to simplify, and standardize processes by leveraging data, AI, automation, and process reengineering.

The ideal candidate combines an agile mindset with strong analytical and project management skills to support business needs into practical solutions. You will support and UAT of change initiatives from solution design through implementation.

About you

The successful candidate will be expected to perform the primary duties associated with this role. The responsibilities outlined below are provided as a high-level guide and may evolve over time to meet business and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support BAU delivery to meet service levels, quality standards, and business objectives.
  • Take ownership of the assigned task, ensuring that reports are delivered accurately and timely.
  • Deliver reporting solutions aligned to business and client requirements.
  • Analyse reporting requirements and assess operational impacts of and proposed solutions.
  • Contribute to opportunities for client reporting outcomes by leveraging AI, digital solutions, and data-driven insights
  • Check data quality, reporting integrity, and compliance with governance standards.
  • Report operational risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Support cross-functional business transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning and execution.
  • Apply Agile/SAFe principles to deliver change effectively and support successful business adoption.
  • Prepare process documentation, standards, and knowledge assets to support operational excellence

Skills & Competencies

Technical Expertise

  • AI-enabled productivity tools and technology adoption.
  • Business process improvement and BAU delivery.
  • Financial instruments, Mutual funds, Fund Accounting and Reporting domain expertise
  • Techno-functional solution design and delivery.
  • Agile/SAFe methodologies and User Acceptance Testing (UAT); JIRA use expertise.
  • Client Reporting, business analytics, data quality.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Engineering, Technology, Finance or a related discipline. MBA with Engineering background preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Business Operations, Service Delivery or Business Transformation in Fund Administration / Asset Management / Investment Banking domain .
  • Certification in NCFM, Agile, SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
  • Active use of AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, or similar technologies.
