Review client reporting deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, formatting quality, and adherence to agreed timelines.
Validate report data, calculations, fund information, holdings, performance, commentary, disclosures, and client-specific requirements before release.
Perform quality checks in line with internal procedures, review checklists, control standards, service levels, and applicable KPIs.
Support issue identification, exception management, escalation, and timely resolution by coordinating with Production, Sourcing, Data Management, Product, Marketing, Technology, Compliance, and regional teams.
Investigate reporting issues, support root cause analysis, and recommend practical corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurrence.
Maintain accurate process documentation, SOPs, review checklists, trackers, issue logs, error logs, and management information records.
Support testing activities for system upgrades, report enhancements, regulatory changes, new product launches, transitions, and process changes.
Identify process gaps, control improvements, automation opportunities, and standardization initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability.
Provide guidance, training, and knowledge-sharing support to new and existing team members while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
Strong knowledge of client reporting, fund reporting, factsheets, investment products, financial markets, and asset management operations.
Good understanding of reporting platforms, workflow tools, data management systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting applications.
Ability to maintain high-quality standards, apply effective controls, manage operational risks, and support root cause analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage assigned work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and discipline in reporting review and documentation activities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain review observations and reporting issues clearly.
Effective stakeholder management, collaboration, and relationship-building skills across global teams and business functions.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, reporting cycles, stakeholder needs, and peak business periods.
Ability to support process improvements, control enhancements, knowledge sharing, and team development activities.
Approximately 4 to 6 years of experience in financial services, investment operations, client reporting, fund reporting, or a related reporting control environment.
Understanding of asset management industry fundamentals, investment products, mutual funds, performance concepts, and reporting methodologies is preferred.
Experience reviewing client reports, factsheets, marketing collateral, management information, or periodic reporting deliverables is beneficial.
Experience supporting RCA, exception management, process documentation, testing, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement activities is preferred.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, International Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
