We are looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join our growing and transforming team. This is a challenging position that requires a strong background in ERP systems and supporting business processes. The ideal candidate is a strong hands-on subject matter expert that is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The job requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail so that requests are handled in a uniform manner, issues are properly documented, and projects are delivered on time. The successful candidate is very motivated and willing to take on challenges, able to multi-task and can work independently with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities
The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, partnering closely with Accounting, Finance, and Engineering, to gather requirements that ensure our financial systems can scale to meet growing business needs. The systems analyst will troubleshoot issues, analyze operational procedures, develop business process solutions, prepare process flowcharts, and make database configurations.

In NYC, the salary range for this position is $125,000 - $156,250, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. In Los Angeles, the salary range for this position is $115,000 - $143,750. The listed salary ranges are specific to Los Angeles or NYC and may not be applicable to other locations. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
