See Yourself in the Team
At CommBank, we understand that businesses can face challenges at every stage of their journey. When financial difficulties arise, our Group Credit Structuring team works with customers and stakeholders to identify practical, sustainable pathways forward. Working closely with business customers, bankers and specialist teams across the Bank, we take the time to understand each customer’s circumstances, assess the underlying financial and operational issues, and develop solutions that balance customer needs with commercial, risk and governance considerations.

This is a team that combines disciplined credit and commercial judgement, and regulatory responsibility with genuine care for customers. Through early engagement, collaboration and informed decision-making, we deliver outcomes that support the long-term interests of our customers and the Group.
