Core Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing strategic and operational business planning and analysis support to the business leadership team.
Work closely with business partners to implement business plans, track performance against goals, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
Develop financial models and reporting tools to support decision-making.
Track, maintain and provide up-to-date information on the business unit's metrics and scorecard.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to facilitate data collection and performance measurement process and escalate issues as necessary.
Create and maintain project issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time and resources, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions and resolving conflicts.
Execute action points and follow up completion with the advised timelines.
Ensure that business planning activities are aligned with the long-term strategic goals and objectives of the organization.

Educational and Technical Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
Language Skills:
Excellent English. Arabic is an added advantage
Years of Experience:
A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
Nature of Experience:
Proven experience in conducting complex financial analysis, contributing to business plan development, and providing decision support to senior leadership.
Experience in a relevant industry or sector preferred
