We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Business Intelligence Analyst to develop high‑impact reporting, dashboards, and analytical solutions that support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. This role goes beyond report development to include metric ownership, stakeholder partnership, and influence over BI standards and best practices. The BI Analyst serves as a trusted partner to business leaders, working closely with Data Engineering, Data Governance, and Data Quality teams to ensure reporting is accurate, scalable, and aligned with enterprise definitions and priorities.

Essential Functions:

Reporting & Dashboard Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards that track key business metrics and performance indicators.
  • Translate ambiguous business questions into clear metrics, calculations, and reporting solutions.
  • Ensure reporting solutions are efficient, scalable, intuitive, and aligned with visualization best practices.
  • Ensure consistency in metric definitions and reporting approaches across business areas.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business decisions.
  • Support ad hoc analysis requests and transition analysis into standardized, reusable reporting where appropriate.
  • Guide stakeholders in interpreting results and understanding business implications.
  • Act as a trusted partner for data‑related questions from senior stakeholders.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, definitions, and success metrics.
  • Influence reporting priorities and shape analytical roadmaps based on business impact.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related role.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Deep experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Strong understanding of KPI design, metric governance, and data visualization best practices.
  • Proven ability to work independently and drive work from ambiguity to delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
