Title and Summary
Senior Analyst, Business Development
Provides comprehensive support to the Business Development team across operational, financial, administrative and project-related activities. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient execution of business processes, supporting financial tracking and reporting, coordinating internal initiatives, and enabling the team to focus on strategic priorities and customer engagement.
Major Accountabilities:
• Support the Business Development team in day-to-day execution of business activities and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate preparation of presentations, business reviews, internal communications and management reports.
• Track key team priorities, action items and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing business data to support decision-making.
• Maintain documentation, process guides and team knowledge repositories.
• Manage operational processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Coordinate internal approvals, documentation workflows and governance requirements.
• Support planning and execution of team meetings, workshops and business events.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve team efficiency.
• Support budget planning, forecasting and expense tracking activities.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and highlight variances.
• Support business case preparation and financial analysis for new initiatives.
• Support delivery of cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies and action plans.
• Maintain project documentation and status reporting.
