
Provide day-to-day support for communications and associate engagement across Upstream Facility Services, a skilled maintenance organization. Help maintain core communication tools and resources, support recurring updates and key touchpoints, and coordinate logistics for meetings and calendars. Assist with recognition and engagement efforts, gather and track feedback to inform improvements, and keep team documentation organized. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency through new tools and continuous improvement.

The team aligns Upstream Facility Services through clear priorities and consistent communication strategies. It prepares leaders and coordinates key forums such as town halls and staff meetings to foster engagement. The team manages and enhances core content platforms and communication channels, including Tech Hub/AEM, OneWalmart, newsletters, and texting tools, to increase awareness and drive action across field and home office operations. By leveraging data-driven insights and effective communication, this team supports business strategies and ensures alignment across multiple stakeholders, contributing to informed decision-making and operational excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
