What you'll do...

The Senior Analyst, Business Analysis and Insights, plays a critical role in delivering accurate, data-driven analysis to support strategic business decisions. This position involves evaluating financial data, key performance indicators, and trends to provide actionable insights and expert guidance. The role requires collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure consistent application of analytical best practices and supports the development and execution of business solutions. The analyst also manages reporting processes, monitors compliance, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that align with organizational goals and values.

What you'll do:

• Analyze and validate data accuracy by comparing internal information with third-party sources, budgets, and actual results.
• Use weekly reports to expedite order deliveries to align with department goals.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in data modeling and business intelligence to analyze and interpret complex datasets.
• Strong skills in documenting business requirements and creating clear, actionable reports.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement in analytical processes.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to quickly determine best process for expediting large volume of orders in a time critical environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting field service or facilities teams, particularly in fast-paced environments
• Background in parts coordination, supply chain, or order management
• Ability to proactively follow up on aged or delayed orders and drive timely resolution
• Strong phone communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Experience working with vendors to expedite orders and resolve fulfillment issues
• Comfortable operating with a sense of urgency and persistence in high-pressure situations
• Prior experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or related technical industries (preferred but not required)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and track aging reports effectively

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
