
JOB PURPOSE
This role supports the Commercial Activation team by helping deliver actionable insights,facilitatingbestpractice sharing across the group andassistingin managingthe activation of commercial projects forour core FMC championsand portfolio companies
Working under the guidance of theSenior Managers, you’ll play a key role in shaping selected commercial strategies (e.g.proposition strategy and development,operational andgo-to-marketstrategies) and supporting initiatives aimed at improving customer loyalty, increasingnetadds, and boostingcustomerARPU.You'llalso contribute to the operational side of strategic programs like digital transformation or post-merger activitiesand ensure best practice learning is shared and implemented across the group.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Produce robust quantitativeandqualitative analysesto drive commercial insightsthat inform decisionsandhelpidentify, size and shape new commercial opportunities
Manageassigned workpackagesand projects to successful execution,spanning market research, customer value proposition (CVP) development, businesscasingand go-to-market support,alwaysmeeting agreedobjectivesand timeline.
Contribute tothe development of selected commercial strategies around product,serviceor experience:helping todesign the proposition blueprint,deliverthe business case andthe go-to-market strategy
Support the identificationandprioritisationoftransferable best practiceand implement structured knowledge sharing toleveragethe benefits for allOpCo’s
Be accountable for the quality,accuracyand timeliness of their work and recommendations.
Collaborate with thewiderCommercial Activationteamto supportthe VP Commercial Activation inoperating and budget reviews for core businesses and portfolio companies; providing non-recurring analytical and performance insights and ensuring follow-through on commercial and operational questions,issuesand opportunities
Contribute to the commercial & operationsinputtooperatingand strategic meetings where applicable andrequired(to CEO and Board level)
Stay informed about commercial,operationaland technological trends and innovations relevant to the industry

Business casing— builds clear, structured models and supports opportunity sizing and scenario modelling, with foundational financial literacy (P&L, long-range plan, company reports).
Market research & commercial acumen— conducts secondary research from the right sources, tracks relevant industry trends, and applies commercial judgement to sense-check insights and assess thelikely implicationsor considerations of different commercial strategies.
CVP & go-to-market— understands consumerpain points, cancontribute to CVPdevelopmentand shows a keen interest in go-to-market fundamentals.
Data visualisation & digital literacy— creates clear visuals and is proficient with core tools (Excel, BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau, and presentation tools).
Storytelling & communication— drafts the building blocks of a narrative and structures them into compelling presentations; presents confidently and credibly to internal teams and stakeholders.
Ways of working— organises and prioritises own workload to meet deadlines; collaborates effectively across remote, matrixed teams; takes ownership of own tasks and stays curious and resilient under pressure.
Fluent in English.
Desirable Skills & Abilities:
Recentgraduate-including those completing a rotational or graduate program- or min2 years’experience in commercial, strategy, analytics,consultingor related roles.
Exposure tostrategic thinking,transformationinitiativesor commercial management projects in dynamic environments.
Experience working in a matrixed, internationalorganisationis a plus.
Familiarity with the telecom, media,techandrelated industries is beneficial.
Preferred education/ qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree inbusiness,economics, engineeringor alike
