Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand their business requirements and design and implement solutions that meet those requirements
• Provide L2/L3 support for procurement operations, including issue analysis, root cause identification, and resolution.
• Participate in rollout activities, testing cycles (unit, integration, regression), and production deployments.
• Work closely with procurement teams, business users, technical teams, and cross-functional units.
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure smooth communication across teams.

Qualification & Experience.

B-Tech/MCA/MBA

Experience :

• Experience 8+ years of experience as business analyst / PMO / finance analyst
• Overall knowledge of business process
• Excellent knowledge on excels and PowerPoints
• Working experience on agile methodology
• Good knowledge on financial process.

Other skills :

• Fluent communication in English.
• Experience in working with international teams
• Ability to work structured and self-dependent if necessary
• Ability to work in a team if necessary
• Willingness to share Knowledge.
• AI exposure is an add on advantage.
