Nasdaq is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Analyst to contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI applications within our Corporate Finance Division. This is a hands-on technical role best suited for a developer with a solid foundation in software engineering and a growing understanding of Generative AI concepts.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implementand implementAIsolutions;ensuring quality,performanceand reliability in line with team standards and established procedures.
Contribute to the team’s adoption of best practicesin softwaredevelopment.
Collaborate with stakeholders across finance and technology toimplement requirements and contribute to well-defined technical solutions.
Collaborate effectively within geographically dispersed teams
Gather user feedback andparticipatein design iterations to enhance usability and satisfaction.
Work on solving complex problems under the guidance of senior team members, applying existingproceduresand escalating whereappropriate
Manage risks related to quality and delivery timeliness, with awareness of the potential for significant schedule delays on interdependent work streams.
Required Qualifications
Strongproficiencyin Python, with a good understanding of its ecosystem and best practices.
Proficiencywith AWS and cloud technologies.
Knowledge with Visual Studio Code and other modern development environments
Understanding ofGenerative AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and their practical applications.
Proficiencywith version control systems, particularly Git.
Good communicationskills, able to explain technical concepts concisely to team members and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
Experience:Approximately 4–6 years of software development experience, with at least some exposure to AI/ML concepts or tools.
Experience working in or supporting finance-related environments is a plus, though notrequired
Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) or web-scraping techniques is a plus.
Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development Methodologiesa plus
