Job Description

We are recruiting for a Senior Analyst in the Singapore Digital team. Working as a Senior Analyst in this team, your responsibilities will be to own and enhance the enterprise CMS platform, with a strong preference for Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring compliance with SLAs, governance, and design standards. The role involves creating and maintaining high‑quality web pages, defining templates and workflows, and ensuring SEO, accessibility, and performance best practices. You will collaborate closely with analytics and stakeholder teams to deliver insights, manage multiple projects, and track delivery. Strong stakeholder engagement, quality ownership, and continuous improvement of the digital experience are key to this role.

Content publishing:

§ Uploading documents, content and links to the external website§ Working within agreed SLAs§ Securing and uploading content assets – imagery and PDFs§ Creating web pages – Partner bio pages, Event pages, Thought leadership and article pages and press release pages§ Updating web content – Service, Careers and Industries pages, Partner bio pages and assets.§ Building pages according to KPMG design standards and incorporating content as required§ Applying metadata to uploaded content and content assets

Performs general web site maintenance:

§ Scanning for site defects, design inconsistencies, troubleshoot for any bugs/defects and reporting it to GDM.§ Generating web reports for page usage§ Assisting the stakeholder team with data collection and reporting

Quality review and management:

§ Be responsible for the overall quality of the deliverables§ Collaborate with the stakeholders to optimize the quality and standards of external web pages to drive business growth

Collaboration and project management:

§ Proactively interact, gather requirements, work on agreed terms, provide regular updates, manage the pipeline work and track progress of the projects§ Develop a business understanding of the project priorities for better utilization of resources and time§ Articulate findings through use of clear, concise, and grammatically correct language in a professional manner§ Manage multiple projects simultaneously and assign team resources as per their capability and pipeline of work§ Provide logical thought structuring and ability to draw insights in simple to mid-complex projects with guidance§ Propose new ideas and techniques to stakeholders for their upcoming projects in alignment with the overall strategy§ Work with various marketing groups and stakeholders to better enhance the digital experience for end users

Educational qualifications

§ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar area of study.§ PG in Marketing / Business / Computers

Work experience:

The candidate must have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm/IT company/internal portal/content teams within key technology companies/procurement function

Technical skills

§ Deep knowledge of CMS platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Cloud Service, AEM Sites, CQ5 / CQ2).§ Front‑end engineering experience: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery.§ Competent understanding of SEO and UX/UI to ensure all pages built are SEO-optimized and user-friendly§ Strong analytical skills and experience of web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics§ Not mandatory but good to have knowledge of PowerBI
