The Senior Analyst will be responsible in conducting research through primary and secondary means, make use of different tools to analyze the data, and generate reports that impart meaningful insight on market trends. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to develop and learn competencies and skills while achieving both company and personal goal.

  • Plan, oversee, and prepare studies based on client requirements such as but not limited to market studies, feasibility studies, highest and best use studies
  • Spearhead research efforts needed for assigned projects and manage surveys, in depth interviews and other research process including conducting field work as needed
  • Research for database and ad hoc projects (primary and secondary research, field work, encoding)
  • Analyse data to generate market insights and trends, provide concepts, recommendations, and strategies to aid clients with their decision-making process
  • Model project financials for various sectors (residential, office, and others)
  • Analysis of data (pivot database, generate insights)
  • Report Preparation and Client presentation
  • Subcon Management

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate
  • At least 2 years' work experience in related field
  • Willing to travel
  • Understands and speak Bisaya (optional)
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
    • Able to pivot tables in excel
