• 1. Maintain proper documentation and ensure all GST related compliances.
  2. Review of GST returns and ensure timely submissions
  3. Review and issuance of GST invoices on monthly basis
  4. Supervise and be responsible for Middleware & ASP functionalities for GST
  5. Handle compliances related to TDS including review of transactions for applicable rates, monthly payments and return filings.
  6. Co-ordinate internally, consultants and with Tax office for all tax related matters.
  7. Assist on preparation and analysis of JGAAP and Local GAAP financial statements on a periodic basis.
  8. To assist on IND-AS conversion and preparation of Financial Statements.
  9. To assist in ensuring timely and accurate preparation of HO reports and get reviewed to ensure timely submission of reports to HO.
  10. Assist team with other tax compliances including transfer pricing, handling tax assessments etc.
  11. Coordinating with Statutory auditors, arranging for requisite information and assisting in preparation of financial statements.
  12. Assist with other activities for the Financial Accounting team, including management of daily controls.
  13. Review existing processes and policies for betterment
  14. Maintaining strong risk management culture

  Knowledge –Indian tax laws and accounting principles

  Skills – Strong Communication and analytical skills

  Experience – apprx. 3 years post qualification experience, with good exposure to direct and Indirect tax. Experience of working with Bank would be preferred.

  Qualifications - CA and/or higher equivalent qualification in Accounting / Taxation
