As a UX Researcher, you'll contribute from an early research stage through to delivery. In doing so, you'll make a massive impact on what we're doing.
- Put users at the centre of design, ensuring experiences are simple, intuitive, and effective.
- Collaborate with product teams and roadmap planning to identify knowledge gaps and prioritise research opportunities.
- Plan, conduct, and analyse end-to-end user research, transforming findings into actionable insights and evidence-based recommendations for experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Work with designers, product managers, engineers, and senior stakeholders to ensure research informs decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.
- Synthesise insights from multiple sources, including user research, competitor reviews, UX benchmarks, analytics data, and market trends, to develop a holistic understanding of the problem space and potential solutions.
- Gather continuous feedback on proposed solutions and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Plan and facilitate ideation workshops with cross-functional teams to generate and prioritise ideas, ensuring solutions are grounded in user needs and business objectives.
- Manage research activities with an awareness of timelines, costs, and budgets.
- 3+ years of experience as a UX Researcher
- Background in e-commerce (required), ideally within fashion or retail environment
- Experience with analytics tools (GA, ContentSquare) with the ability to interpret data
- Experience with design thinking process and practical experience of UX methods
- Experience with the full range of UX research methods, including early-stage qualitative methods
- Proven ability to execute the right methodology to get the needed result
- Strong customer feedback analysis and presentation skills
- Ability to research, conclude and resolve pain points
- Experience in mobile app user research would be beneficial but not mandatory – especially with features such as onboarding flows, in-app navigation, notification preferences, personalisation, and overall app performance sentiment.
