Step into the role of Senior Analyst at Barclays, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future. In this pivotal role you will manage operations within a business area and maintain processes, risk management initiatives, and compliance with relevant regulators. You will take ownership of your work, ensuring it aligns with the relevant rules & regulations, and codes of conduct.
You will focus on supporting credit operations activities while ensuring adherence to established controls, policies, and risk management frameworks. The role requires strong operational expertise, effective stakeholder engagement, and a focus on delivering accurate and efficient outcomes across the credit lifecycle within Barclays.

Execute and oversee credit operations processes ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Perform control checks and monitor operational activities to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Investigate and resolve operational exceptions, discrepancies, and stakeholder queries in a timely manner.
Collaborate with business partners and support teams to drive process efficiency and maintain service standards.
Prepare reports, analyse operational trends, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
