We are looking for an experienced Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our Infrastructure Services team. The role involves providing 24x7 monitoring support, ensuring network stability, and managing enterprise network and security infrastructure. You will play a key role in maintaining high availability, resolving incidents, and driving continuous improvement across network operations.

What you will do

  • Monitor and manage day-to-day network operations using enterprise monitoring tools.
  • Handle and resolve alerts/incidents via ServiceNow within SLA timelines.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting, documentation, and escalation when required.
  • Manage and administer network/security technologies including:
  • Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA, SSL Inspection, policy management)
  • F5 BIG-IP (LTM, DNS/GSLB, WAF)
  • Enterprise Firewalls (NAT, VPN, segmentation, rule management)
  • Work on incident response, proactive issue identification, and resolution.
  • Coordinate with telco providers to report and resolve network issues.
  • Execute planned maintenance activities and system improvements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for network performance and reliability.

We believe you have

  • 8+ years of experience in network infrastructure or similar roles
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, Cisco routers & switches, STP, VTP
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
  • Experience with wireless technologies (Cisco IOS, AireOS, ISE, Prime, DNAC)
  • Good understanding of network security and troubleshooting
  • Exposure to CI/CD, automation, or scripting (Python preferred) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
