Who you are:

• 2+ years of experience in Order Management(O2C)
• SAP Knowledge – Order Entry, Quotation, Invoice submission and Enquiry
• Hands on experience on SFDC – Sales Force
• Hands on experience on Microsoft Excel
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
• Proven time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Your role :

• Ability to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions
• Should be able to handle Order management process end to end
• Meeting the SLA and TAT as per the agreed guidelines with the STAKEHOLDERS
• Accountable for meeting and maintaining defined standards for quality and productivity
• Ensure that internal and external customer's requirements are met on timely basis
• Consistently Achieving HOURLY and DAILY targets
