Step into the role of Senior Analyst at Barclays, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future. In this pivotal role you will manage operations within a business area and maintain processes, risk management initiatives, and compliance with relevant regulators. You will take ownership of your work, ensuring it aligns with the relevant rules & regulations, and codes of conduct.
You will focus on supporting and delivering a high-quality client experience by handling underwriting activities with accuracy, ownership, and efficiency. The role holder is expected to make prompt and informed decisions using various risk assessment and affordability tools while ensuring strong compliance with governance, risk, and control standards within Barclays.

Conduct credit underwriting and affordability assessments in line with regulatory and lending guidelines.
Deliver accurate and timely decisions while ensuring high-quality client experience.
Take ownership of customer queries and drive issues through to resolution.

Support operational efficiency by using financial analysis, fraud detection, and underwriting tools effectively.
