Roles & responsibilities
As a team member in the Account Management Support, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding client needs, identify opportunities for additional services, and ensure successful delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
•Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across designated accounts, sectors, and priority areas.••Proactively drive adoption of strategic products across aligned accounts while delivering high-quality account management support; fostering strong stakeholder relationships through consistent engagement and value-driven outcomes.•Facilitate new‑team‑member onboarding, including welcome, orientation, and education on tools and processes.•Lead internal communication initiatives, including account newsletters, client newsletters, and internal updates.•Support account strategy development and execution, support revenue goals, and manage strategic relationships.•Ensure high-quality delivery and excellence at team level and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement •Action Marketing Leads and create and manage CST presentations.•Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Research, CRM, Sales Insights to ensure alignment on account / sector objectives and need.•Providing support for client onboarding processes, serving as a point of contact for engagement team inquiries related to contractual support.•Manage account‑level reporting, including pipeline hygiene, custom dashboards, revenue forecasting, FOP tracking, and engagement tracking within relevant systems – Dynamics 365.•Foster knowledge sharing through training sessions, peer coaching, and capability‑building initiatives.•Conduct self‑reviews of deliverables and assist senior team members in preparing SOPs, quality checklists, and process documentation.

•Qualifications: Graduation degree from a reputable university
Work experience
•2-3 years or business experience in a similar role for a large multinational. Having familiarity with Account Management proposition and solutions will be added advantage
