This role will sit with the KGS Digital Workplace team under Digital Experience & Marketing capability. This team is responsible to provide M365, SharePoint, Power Platform and KM related services to Internal Business Unites. This role will need you to be at the forefront of all that we do from Platform and Content Management perspective using SharePoint Online and Power Platform. It also requires an individual to be adept at business writing skills that could come in handy when reviewing firm wide guides and policies.
•Design, develop, and implement applications and workflows using PowerApps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft Power Platform tools.•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.•Optimize and maintain existing workflows to improve performance and user experience.•Ensure the scalability and reliability of PowerApps solutions in production environments..•Integrate PowerApps solutions with other Microsoft platforms•Managing content on SharePoint Online based Global Portals.•Understanding metadata and taxonomy rules and policies and ensuring content tagging adheres to these rules.•General site administration and maintenance of SharePoint Online.•Building standard SO pages according to KPMG design standards and incorporating content as required.•Working experience on Power BI will be an added advantage..•Working within agreed SLAs.•Be flexible to offer support in any capability (such as Platform and Content).•Good working knowledge & experience of MS Office products including Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Required Qualifications & Experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar area of study•The candidate must have to 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services firm/IT company/internal portal/content teams within key technology companies/procurement function•Experience building Canvas Apps and automating business processes using Power Automate•Basic knowledge of Power BI.•Page build on SharePoint Online using out of the box features.•Working knowledge and experience of all MS Office products.•Exposure of Knowledge Management concepts.•Good analytical skills to work through data and ability to clearly communicate results in a verbal or written format.
