Roles & responsibilities
•Weekly reconciliation of onshore and offshore timesheets•Preparation of Weekly and monthly reports•Supporting on Ad-hoc requests•Assist in data collation for tasks under reporting on Hours/Utilization•Data gathering•Understanding of key metrics; business set up/ taxonomy•Creation and maintenance of SOPs for operational activities

•Qualifications: Graduate (Commerce)
Work experience
•A graduate must have 3-6 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm
Mandatorytechnical & functional skills
•MS Advance Excel (Expert)•MS PowerPoint (Advanced)•Power BI (Expert)•Knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, VBA, Tableau, ADL
Preferred technical & functional skills
•Willingness to work in the afternoon shift (3 PM IST onwards) for maximum US coverage•Knowledge of Data Analytics tools•Multitasking Skills•MS Access, Power Apps & Power Automate•Excellent written and verbal communication skills•Team player•Self-driven•Ability to work independently and motivate team members
