••Serve as the main point of contact for all incoming due diligence (DD) requests across service lines and geographies.
•Manage multiple DD requests simultaneously, ensuring prioritization, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.
•Establish the due diligence process framework, setting clear expectations, timelines, and deliverables for all involved stakeholders.
•Draft initial responses leveraging the DD knowledge library, standard documentation, and historical submissions.

•Coordinate all review, validation, and approval steps to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submission.
•Maintain and continuously update the DD knowledge base, templates, and standard responses for improved reusability and consistency.
•Track progress of each DD engagement, identify potential delays or risks, and proactively escalate or mitigate issues.
•Partner with leadership to identify continuous improvement opportunities in due diligence workflows and documentation standards.
•Support implementation of automation tools and integration of AI capabilities to enhance process efficiency and response quality.
•Maintain familiarity with key due diligence domains, including:
•Client Onboarding: KYC, AML, comfort letters
•Legal & Finance: UBO, articles of incorporation, VAT, certificates
•IT & Digital: Information security, digital risk, business continuity
•People & Culture / ESG: Diversity, training, CSR, responsible business conduct
•Procurement & Tax: Procurement policies, FATCA and CRS
•Ensure data confidentiality and secure exchange of sensitive information in all DD activities.
Contribute to team capability development by sharing best practices and mentoring junior analysts.
Educational qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate degree from Tier 1/Tier 2 institute.

•4-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
