Senior Analyst– Structured Finance – Colombia
Fitch Ratings is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Structured Finance group in Bogota Colombia.
Fitch's Structured Finance team in Colombia is responsible for the credit ratings of local public and private securitizations, backed by a wide array of assets (auto, consumer, residential mortgage, commercial mortgage, among others). In addition, the team oversees the operational ratings for a portfolio of Colombian Loan Servicers. Fitch is adding a highly motivated professional to the Structured Finance team as a Senior Analyst.
The candidate will be responsible for assigning and reviewing ratings on various structured finance transaction types, including ABS, RMBS, CMBS and Future Flows, which involve modeling cash flows, legal documentation review, collateral analysis, preparing credit committee reports, and communicating credit opinions to investors and issuers. The candidate will be also responsible for assigning and reviewing operational risk ratings for Loan Servicers.
Successful candidates should demonstrate the ability to develop independent credit and operational views, have experience analyzing performance trends and macro trends, and have strong communication skills (written and verbal).
