Role – Content Publisher (Wordpress or any CMS)

Designation – Senior Analyst

Location – Mumbai

Experience – 3+ years

Shift – Flexible for APJ/EMEA/US

Notice Period - Preferred immediate joiners or 15-30 days

• Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS including Gutenberg, classic editors, and common plugins
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web formatting standards
• Understanding of WordPress themes and customizations
• Publish, schedule and update content on the WordPress platform
• Format posts and pages and ensuring proper use of headings, images and other media
• Use themes, custom templates, custom WP queries and page builders to enhance content layouts and ensure the website is visually appealing and mobile-responsive across different devices
• Theme and Plugin updates
• Knowledge of website back up standards (With/Without Plugins)
• Basic knowledge of website security best practices
• Identify and resolve publishing or plugin-related issues
• Familiarity with SEO principles and tools like Yoast SEO
  • Optimize content for search engines using built-in CMS features or SEO plugins
  • Manage meta titles and descriptions, ensuring clean URLs, and adding alt text to images to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand's style guide and voice, and meets high-quality standards
• Conduct pre and post publication quality checks to ensure proper functionality and aesthetics
• Graduation in BCA or BSc in IT/CS or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in digital content publishing in Wordpress or CMS management
• Knowledge of FileZilla and Hosting Control Panel tools
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO tools (Yoast, SEMrush), and accessibility standards
