  4+ years of experience in automotive quality or related industries.
• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical Engineering
• 
  Good English communication skills.
• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel)
• 
  Basic understanding of automotive systems
• 
  Experience with quality problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Why)
