Supervisar el proceso de facturación, validación y envío de facturas.
Liderar al equipo de analistas (billing y envío).
Validar casos complejos de facturación y aceptación.
Monitorear SLA de facturación, envío y aceptación.
Coordinar con negocio, contabilidad y GBS.
Analizar indicadores (rechazos, TTB, aging, errores).
Identificar riesgos operativos y proponer mejoras.
Asegurar la correcta trazabilidad del proceso end-to-end.
Liderar la atención de auditorías.
Capacitar y guiar al equipo.
