Job Description

岗位职责
带领5~8人团队负责所有企业级应用的 L2 运维支持，保障业务系统稳定运行：
- WMS 仓储管理系统日常运维与问题处理
- 软件许可证服务器运维（CATIA / Abaqus / Matlab / Creo / ANSA 等 15 套）
- 通用业务系统运维（App Center / JSOS / HRone / 官网等 26 个系统）
- 销售 & 2C 应用支持（MIIT / PSI / ADM / RV 等 7 个系统）
- Flexera 许可证管理平台 & RPA / 供应商系统 / E‑Box​ 运维
- 维护 应用台账、SOP 及运维文档​
- 参与 24×7 全员 Stand-by轮值

任职要求
- 计算机相关专业专科以上学历；
- 3 年以上 IT 技术支持 / 应用运维 / 系统运维​经验， 有团队管理经验；
- 了解 Windows Server / Linux​ 基础操作；
- 熟悉 SQL 数据库基本操作​；
- 有 软件许可证管理经验（Flexera / LMT 等）优先​；
- 学习能力强，能快速适应 多系统、多技术栈​；
- 有 ITIL Foundation 认证优先​；
- 中文母语，具备基础英文读写能力（能看懂官方文档）。

- 接触过 制造业 / 汽车行业 IT 环境​
- 有 WMS / ERP / MES​ 运维经验
- 会 PowerShell / Shell 脚本​
- 有 RPA / Power Platform​ 使用或运维经验
