Job Description

We're partnering with a well-established fragrance and beauty business with a portfolio of recognised brands sold across the UK and international markets.

Following significant investment in digital commerce, Amazon has become a key strategic growth channel for the business. As a result, we're looking to appoint a Senior Amazon Trading Manager to take ownership of Amazon performance across the UK, Europe and the US.

This is a commercially focused role for someone who enjoys being close to the detail, driving trading performance and identifying opportunities for growth. You'll have the autonomy to influence strategy while remaining hands-on across trading, content, advertising and marketplace operations.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the commercial leadership team, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of Amazon across multiple international marketplaces.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning Amazon commercial performance across UK, EU and US marketplaces

  • Developing and executing marketplace growth strategies

  • Leading major trading events including Prime Day, Black Friday and seasonal campaigns

  • Managing Amazon advertising and retail media activity

  • Driving listing optimisation, content enhancement and conversion improvements

  • Identifying opportunities to increase revenue, profitability and market share

  • Supporting international marketplace expansion initiatives

  • Monitoring performance data and translating insights into actionable recommendations

  • Working closely with brand, creative, operations and supply chain teams to deliver commercial objectives

About You

We're looking for a highly commercial Amazon specialist with a strong track record of delivering growth within marketplace environments.

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience managing and scaling Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts

  • Strong hands-on marketplace trading experience

  • Expertise in Amazon SEO, listing optimisation and retail media

  • Experience managing multiple international marketplaces

  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability

  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution

  • A proactive, results-driven approach and strong sense of ownership

Experience within fragrance, beauty, fashion or wider consumer goods brands would be highly advantageous.
