Must Have:

  Airtable (formulas, automations, interfaces, scripting with JavaScript)
• 
  API integrations and middleware for system connectivity
• 
  Low-code/no-code platform configuration (3–5+ years)
• 
  Agile/Scrum delivery experience

Responsibilities:

• 
  Configure and maintain Airtable bases for vendor intake and contract lifecycle workflows
• 
  Build automations, interfaces, and scripts to improve process efficiency
• 
  Design and implement integrations between Airtable and enterprise systems
• 
  Translate business requirements into scalable Airtable solutions
• 
  Troubleshoot and optimize existing Airtable applications
• 
  Document architecture, configurations, and integrations
• 
  Support sprint planning and execution with product and scrum teams
• 
  Drive knowledge transfer and standardization across tools

Qualifications:

• 
  3–5+ years hands-on Airtable development in production environments
• 
  Strong experience with Airtable scripting using JavaScript
• 
  Proven API integration experience across enterprise systems
• 
  Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• 
  Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end solutions
• 
  BA/BS or equivalent experience

  Vendor management or contract lifecycle systems experience

  Background in business analysis or product configuration
