Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Senior Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic responsible for maintaining the company’s aircraft and supporting the Flight Department’s mission, goals, and objectives. This role ensures compliance with all applicable regulations and maintains the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence within Flight Department operations. The Senior Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic reports directly to the Director of Maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Meticulously perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on company aircraft.
  • Ensure aircraft are maintained to the highest level in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer requirements, and company standards, maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, and operational readiness.
  • Order, receive, and ship aircraft parts and supplies.
  • Perform aircraft ground handling and fueling operation
  • Support aircraft departures and arrivals, providing exceptional service and assistance to passengers and flight crews.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of company aircraft and hangar facilities.
  • Perform basic hangar and facility maintenance as needed.
  • Independently troubleshoot aircraft discrepancies, determine corrective actions, and return aircraft to service in accordance with applicable regulations and maintenance procedures.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance.

Skills/Qualifications

Required:

  • Possess a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant license.
  • Minimum of 10 years of turbine-powered aircraft maintenance experience.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Flight Department in a positive manner.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure while managing competing priorities and time-sensitive situations.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as required.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Honeywell EPIC avionics systems preferred.
  • Experience performing maintenance on Falcon aircraft or comparable corporate/business aircraft preferred.
