.The AF Import Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and achieving department goals in AF Import. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of performance, fostering team development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

About the Job

• Manage the end-to-end air freight import process, from arranging shipments to coordinating delivery.
• Liaise with international suppliers, overseas agents, and customers to ensure timely collection and delivery of cargo.
• Coordinate with airlines and negotiate air freight rates and space allocations.
• Monitor and track shipments, ensuring compliance with import regulations and customer requirements.
• Coordinate customs clearance procedures and documentation, including import permits, licenses, and declarations.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the import process.
• Provide excellent customer service by proactively communicating with clients regarding shipment status, delays, and any potential issues.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, aiming to exceed their expectations.
