WINGS ICT Solutions is looking for a Senior AI/ML Technology Specialist to join our growing team. This is an outsourced AI/ML Technology Specialist (Senior) position within a highly regulated institutional environment, embedded within the AI Division of a major European financial institution. You will contribute as a hands-on technical expert to the stabilisation, enrichment, and evolution of an in-house AI platform built on Azure, with a primary focus on LLM-based solutions including RAG pipelines, agentic frameworks, and multi-source document intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain LLM-based solution components, with particular focus on RAG architectures, retrieval optimisation, chunking strategies, vector indexing, and reranking pipelines
• Develop and stabilise platform-level capabilities including unified API interfaces, model routing and broker logic, session and conversation persistence, and shared workspace infrastructure
• Build and extend agentic orchestration components, including agent lifecycle management, tool integration, guardrail implementation, and evaluation frameworks
• Implement and maintain MCP server integrations and connector modules for enterprise systems (OpenText/GED, SharePoint, Jira, and others), ensuring secure delegated access patterns and robust error handling
• Develop and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and indexing pipelines aligned with Azure AI Search and AI Foundry services, respecting enterprise data classification and access control requirements
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of MLOps practices across DEV, UAT, and PRD environments, including CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, infrastructure-as-code, and automated model deployment
• Ensure all technical deliverables comply with enterprise architecture standards, the Azure Landing Zone configuration, and the Bank's cloud governance framework
• Operate within a regulated institutional environment, applying security-by-design principles, documenting architectural decisions, and supporting InfoSec and DPO engagement processes
• Produce structured technical documentation and progress reports, and actively contribute to knowledge transfer within the AI Division

Requirements

Educational requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science/information technology or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience

Desired experience and skills:

• Documented track record of delivering AI platform components or LLM-based solutions within regulated industries such as financial services or the public sector
• Strong hands-on experience with LLM orchestration and agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent), including tool integration and guardrails
• Demonstrated delivery on Azure native services: APIM, Container Apps, AI Foundry, AI Search, Function Apps, and Entra ID
• Practical experience with MCP server design and enterprise connector implementation (OpenText, SharePoint, Jira)
• Solid command of containerisation, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or Bicep), and CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments
• Experience producing InfoSec-ready documentation and applying security-by-design in regulated environments

Desired but not mandatory:

• AWS exposure and/or Azure AI Engineer certification considered a strong asset
