Within Group Security Management, you will design, build and scale AI-enabled solutions supporting Security & Resilience, Risk, Assurance and control-related processes across UNIQA.

You will transform business challenges and process requirements into intelligent, secure and auditable AI-powered workflows and decision-support capabilities. Working with Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, Databricks and governed enterprise data platforms, you will help shape the next generation of AI-supported processes across the organization.

What to expect:

  • Design, build and operate enterprise AI solutions and AI-supported workflows
  • Develop intelligent automation, guided decision-support capabilities and AI-driven process improvements
  • Work with Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI, Copilot Studio, Databricks and governed enterprise data platforms
  • Build AI workflows with human-in-the-loop controls, traceability, monitoring and auditability
  • Implement testing, validation and quality assurance processes for AI models and outputs
  • Support model lifecycle management, including quality tracking, regression testing and drift detection
  • Translate business requirements and process pain points into scalable AI solution designs and implementation-ready user stories
  • Ensure AI solutions remain secure, explainable, auditable and suitable for regulated environments
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and adapt solution patterns to evolving business and regulatory requirements

What we expect:

  • You bring proven senior-level experience in designing, building and operating enterprise AI solutions, intelligent automation or AI-supported workflows.
  • You have strong expertise in Python, modern AI engineering patterns, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, tool/function calling and AI orchestration.
  • You have experience with Microsoft Foundry/Azure AI, Copilot Studio and AI solutions built on governed enterprise data, metadata layers and integration platforms.
  • You have hands-on experience with Databricks or comparable enterprise data platforms.
  • You have successfully developed AI-supported workflows for guided decision support, process execution, orchestration and human-in-the-loop scenarios.
  • You understand AI evaluation and model lifecycle management, including validation, regression testing, quality monitoring, performance monitoring, drift detection, robustness, groundedness and safety.
  • You have experience with REST APIs, secure integration patterns, CI/CD, testing, versioning, monitoring, logging and operational maintenance of enterprise AI solutions.
  • You are able to translate business requirements into scalable solution designs, implementation-ready user stories and maintainable workflow logic.
  • You have excellent documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills and enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology.
  • You are curious, adaptable and thrive in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Additional experience with GRC, risk management, compliance, operational resilience, audit or control-related processes would be highly beneficial. Knowledge of Azure AI Search, vector databases, semantic search, knowledge retrieval approaches, knowledge graphs or graph-based relationship modelling is considered an advantage. Experience with SharePoint, Power Platform, Power Query, ETL tools, BPM platforms such as ADONIS, AI red teaming, AI security testing, MLOps/LLMOps or regulated industries such as insurance and financial services would further strengthen your profile. Knowledge of, or certification in, information security, cyber security, AI governance or risk management frameworks is a plus.
