Job Description

We are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to design and build end-to-end AI solutions that enhance existing products and operational workflows.

As s Senior AI Solutions Engineer you will build new AI-driven capabilities and enhance existing systems, delivering measurable improvements to product capabilities in production.

You will work across the full lifecycle, from problem framing and modeling to deploying usable solutions and leveraging LLMs together with traditional machine learning techniques.

This is a senior contributor role with high ownership in a small and focused AI team.

We expect you to have 5+ yearsof experience as software developer or similar role and 1+ years of experience working with production grade AI solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement AI solutions by leveraging LLMs

• Translate ambiguous requirements into practical models, data flows, and decision systems

• Integrate AI capabilities with data, tools, and business processes

• Build services (e.g., APIs) to make AI functionality usable in applications

• Evaluate system behavior and iteratively improve based on real usage and constraints

• Contribute to internal AI development tooling (e.g. Github copilot)

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and other engineers to deliver working solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Senior-level experience in Applied AI prompt Engineering

• Strong Python skills with the ability to build and deploy services (e.g. FastAPI)

• Hands-on experience building LLM-based systems in production, including tool integration and multi-step processing and ability to make LLM-driven systems reliable in practice (e.g., evaluation, failure handling, latency and cost trade-offs)

• Experience with LangGraph or similar framework for agentic systems

• Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and experience with .Net API development

• Willingness to collaborate closely with others and take joint team ownership for entire DevOps cycle of solutions

• Ability to independently design and implement end-to-end solutions, with strong ownership of quality and strong problem-solving skills and practical engineering mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI Foundry

• Experience working with real-world, messy data

• Exposure to enterprise systems or operational workflows

• Experience developing and maintaining SaaS
