What you will do

Reporting to our Lead Enterprise Architect, you will join us as a Senior AI Solutions Engineer In this role, you will be the technical backbone for our internal AI transformation, building the infrastructure that turns innovative ideas into reality at scale. You will act as the connective tissue between our growing portfolio of AI capabilities and the core SaaS platforms that power our internal operations. This is a hands-on builder role where you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring our AI initiatives are architecturally sound and scalable.

Where you will have impact

• Design and build robust, scalable integrations between our AI capabilities and core SaaS platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Slack.
• Develop reusable integration patterns and architectural blueprints that empower teams to deploy AI solutions efficiently and consistently.
• Build and maintain the shared automation infrastructure that underpins AI-powered processes across the business.
• Act as the dedicated technical partner for our AI Transformation Leads, translating business needs into detailed implementation plans.
• Prototype new AI solutions to prove technical feasibility before hardening them for production environments.
• Ensure all AI integrations adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and security, in line with GDPR and SOC 2 requirements.
• Evaluate new AI tools and frameworks, providing structured recommendations to guide our technology choices and drive innovation.

Who you are

• You have a strong software engineering background, with hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade services or integrations.
• You have hands-on experience with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI) through professional work or significant personal projects.
• You have interest and some exposure towards the API and data models of major enterprise SaaS platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Jira.
• You have a strong architectural judgment, with the ability to design robust systems while balancing pragmatism and speed.
• You have a solid understanding of modern integration patterns, including REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
• You bring experience working in a cross-functional role that bridges business and technology.
• You are comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
• You are fully proficient in English, both written and spoken.
