The Mission: Build the Brain of VaaS - Vehicule As A Service

We are looking for a Senior AI Solution Engineer to design, select, and build the VaaS Intelligence Engine

This is a high-impact, "Full-Stack AI" role where you will bridge the gap between our structured data (SAP, Salesforce, Broker APIs) and our unstructured "gold mines" (field reports, customer feedback, documentation).

Your goal: create an intelligent ecosystem that automates decision-making and generates deep business insights.

Key Responsibilities

As the primary driver of the VaaS Intelligence Engine’s technical execution, you will:

• Strategic Translation & Business Vision: Interface with Finance, Ops, Marketing, and Business teams to identify high-ROI use cases. You don’t just "receive tickets"; you challenge needs and propose AI-driven solutions.

• Technological Leadership (Agnostic): You own the technical stack. You will evaluate and implement the best tools for model orchestration, vector storage, and agentic frameworks.

• Hands-on Implementation: You are a "Maker". You will build end-to-end architecture, from RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to integrating AI agents into our daily tools like Slack, Jira, and Google Workspace.

• Workflow Automation: Develop intelligent workflows connecting LLMs to our systems of record (SAP, Salesforce, Atlassian) to automate repetitive business processes.

• AI-Ready Documentation: Promote "LLM-ready" standards across the tech team to ensure our codebase and processes are easily ingestible by AI agents.

Technical Profile

We are looking for a visionary architect with a pragmatic "builder" mindset:

• AI/ML Mastery: Strong expertise in LLM implementation, including Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning vs. RAG, and Agentic workflows.

• Cloud & Software Engineering: Solid experience in cloud environments ( AWS preferred) and proficiency in Python and API integration (REST/GraphQL).

• Data Foundations: Strong SQL skills and familiarity with the modern data stack (Data Lakes, Vector Databases, ETL/ELT).

• Tech Stack Decision-making: Ability to benchmark and select frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack) and hosting providers based on GDPR, latency, and cost constraints.

Soft Skills & Mindset

• Seniority & Autonomy: You are comfortable working with minimal supervision and taking full ownership of a strategic project.

• Pragmatic Builder: You prioritize "Shipping" and iterative value over academic research.

• Stakeholder Management: You can translate complex technical concepts for non-technical leaders and C-Suite executives.

• Language: Professional English is mandatory.
