AI Solution Engineer – AI Acceleration

The Opportunity

We're looking for an AI Solution Engineer to join our Solution Architecture & AI Acceleration team.

In this hands-on role, you'll accelerate AI adoption across the enterprise by rapidly transforming ideas into validated Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and working prototypes. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you'll identify opportunities where AI can create measurable value and help shape scalable, secure, and practical solutions.

You'll collaborate closely with Solution Architects, business stakeholders, engineering, data, and security teams to validate AI initiatives and ensure successful handover into production.

What You'll Do

As our AI Solution Engineer, you will:

• Design, develop, and validate AI Proofs of Concept and working prototypes.
• Translate business challenges into practical AI solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Define success criteria covering business value, technical feasibility, scalability, and user adoption.
• Partner with business stakeholders to demonstrate value early and iterate rapidly.
• Work hands-on with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent-based AI solutions.
• Design scalable solution architectures and reusable AI patterns for enterprise adoption.
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems and business workflows.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
• Apply security, privacy, governance, and Responsible AI principles throughout experimentation.
• Identify technical and business risks early and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
• Ensure structured handover of validated solutions to delivery teams for production implementation.

• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and evaluate their applicability across the business.

What We're Looking For

We're excited to meet candidates who have:

• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Experience building solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and/or agent-based systems.
• Experience developing AI prototypes or production-ready AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture, APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems.
• Experience working within enterprise environments with security, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
• A curious mindset and passion for exploring emerging AI technologies.
• A pragmatic, hands-on approach focused on delivering measurable business value.

• The ability to thrive in fast-moving environments while maintaining structure and accountability.

About the Team

The Solution Architecture & AI Acceleration team helps drive AI adoption across the enterprise by bridging business opportunities with emerging technologies. Working closely with architects, engineers, data specialists, and business leaders, the team rapidly validates ideas, develops scalable AI patterns, and enables successful transition from experimentation to production.
