About the Role

We're seeking an experienced researcher to lead the client's innovation pipeline for next-generation AI features. You'll work closely with the Head of AI and co-founders to shape research direction, evaluate emerging techniques, and drive ideas from paper to product.

What You'll Do

• Lead cutting-edge research in generative AI, computer vision, and creative tooling
• Translate novel research into high-quality prototypes and production-ready features
• Build and manage our innovation pipeline, including internal benchmarks and evaluation frameworks
• Stay on top of emerging trends and assess new architectures for potential integration
• Publish research, present at top-tier conferences, and represent company within the AI research community
• Collaborate closely with engineering to bridge the gap between research and product execution

You Should Have

• PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Strong publication record in top-tier AI venues (e.g., CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS, ICLR)
• Deep expertise in generative models, including diffusion models and transformers
• Demonstrated experience building research prototypes and translating them into real- world applications
• Prior leadership in academic or industry research projects
• Must be based in Vietnam

• Proven ability to shape research strategy that aligns with product direction
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across research and product teams
