Job Description

Amazon Global Selling (AGS) has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 50% of Amazon’s total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 18 overseas stores, and supporting local sellers’ success and growth on Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.

The Role
The Global Selling central AI product team in AGS collaborates with many Amazon’s global teams to support the high-growth Global Selling business, continuously identify new opportunities, and drive new initiatives through design, development, launch, and post-launch management. As part of our mission, we are building products and tools to drive seller growth and success, and support Account Management and Marketing teams' efficiency and productivity. We are looking for a talented and technical Senior Product Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate should be strong at understanding internal and external customer needs, identifying pain points, analyzing working models, deriving patterns, designing AI solutions, and managing roadmaps. He/she also needs to work across teams to launch AI products, manage product releases, engage user organizations, handle change management, establish stakeholder communication, and be responsible for the ultimate success of product launches against defined goals in a cross functional, fast-paced environment.

Key job responsibilities
Define AI product vision and strategy across Global Selling seller segments and lifecycle stages; identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI/ML (e.g., GenAI, agentic AI, intelligent automation) to empower business teams — including Marketing, CRM, seller acquisition, and seller growth — to drive operational efficiency and business outcomes at scale.

Own the end-to-end AI product lifecycle — from ideation and opportunity sizing, through technical development and experimentation, to launch, adoption, and iterative improvement — ensuring alignment between business objectives, user needs, and technological capabilities.

Develop and communicate product requirements including model objectives, data specifications, evaluation metrics, and responsible AI guardrails; earn trust from cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, applied science, design, business operations) and external partners through clear documentation and aligned decision-making.

Lead cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration with scientists, engineering, and data teams to build, evaluate, and ship AI-powered products; drive development velocity by managing trade-offs, unblocking technical dependencies, resolving issues, and maintaining rigorous experimentation standards (A/B testing, model performance benchmarks).

Drive measurable business impact post-launch through continuous monitoring, data-driven iteration, and feedback loops; leverage market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform product positioning and roadmap evolution.

Manage stakeholder and leadership communications across multiple geographies — including problem framing, AI solution trade-off analysis, product/business reviews, budget and headcount planning, and organizational change management for AI adoption at scale. Partner with international stakeholders, leaders, and tech teams to align priorities and drive execution across regions.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
