Senior AI Product Manager

You have deep expertise in leading product discovery and analysis, and interacting with technical teams to deliver projects? Then our Data Science & AI team wants to hear from you! We are an agile, outcome‑driven team responsible for discovering, designing, and shipping AI solutions that create measurable business value. In this position, you will partner with stakeholders across different departments such as product management, operations, or sales. You will lead flagship initiatives and shape a clear product vision, drive discovery and feasibility, and bring AI products from proof‑of‑concept to production.

What You Will Do

• Partner with business stakeholders across different departments to identify, design, and specify AI solutions aligned to strategic goals.
• Lead product discovery and feasibility (problem framing, hypotheses, success criteria); translate needs into PRDs/user stories and prioritize a value‑driven roadmap across squads.
• Define and track product success metrics, including Roadmap clarity and time‑to‑production; use experimentation/evaluation to drive iterative improvement.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional delivery with Data Science/ML, Engineering, UX, and Ops; manage sprint cadence and unblock teams to move from proof‑of‑concept to production.
• Work hands‑on with Azure AI/ML, Databricks to quantitively test hypothesis; collaborate on data quality, model integration, and productionization with strong documentation.

What You Bring

• 6+ years in Product/AI/Data roles delivering ML‑powered products or platforms from discovery to production, with proven impact in enterprise environments.
• Strong product strategy and road‑mapping skills; ability to convert ambiguity into actionable requirements, prioritize outcomes, and communicate clearly to executive and technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts (LLMs, model lifecycle, evaluation); data literacy (SQL/Python) and statistic skills are a must.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑team collaboration; experience driving agile/scrum ceremonies and aligning squads around value delivery and measurable KPIs.
• Fluent in English (both verbal & writing); hybrid work 3 days/week from Madrid or Warsaw.
