Job Description

of Position:

• We are looking for an experienced AI Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate a scalable Generative AI platform on AWS.
• This role focuses on enabling teams to rapidly build and deploy GenAI and agentic applications through robust, reusable platform capabilities.
• The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong AWS fundamentals, GenAI ecosystem knowledge, and a platform engineering mindset, capable of delivering quick PoCs and production-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design platform services for model access, orchestration, security, prompt lifecycle management, and multi-model routing.
• Build reusable capabilities for RAG pipelines, embeddings, and agentic workflows.
• Good Knowledge working with MCP, A2A and agentic Frameworks
• Implement scalable AWS infrastructure using Bedrock/agentcore services, compute (Lambda, ECS/EKS, EC2), storage (S3, DynamoDB), and networking (VPC, load balancers, private endpoints).
• Implement security and governance using IAM, Secrets Manager, Identity and secure API patterns.
• Support developers with integration, debugging, prompt tuning, and performance issues. Understanding cost optimization and multi-model strategies.
• Develop rapid PoCs for new GenAI tools, frameworks, and capabilities.
• Implement observability including tracing, latency, token usage, and cost monitoring.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams; maintain platform documentation and standards.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools to enhance solution design, coding efficiency, and delivery speed.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

• 5-10 years experience with Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong experience with AWS core services and networking (VPC, DNS, ALB)
• Experience building GenAI systems using LLM APIs, RAG, or agent-based architectures.
• Strong programming skills in Python and API/microservices development. Familiarity with containers (Docker), Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture design. Experience with AI orchestration frameworks and vector databases.

Work hours: 12 PM to 9 PM IST
