Mission
Build the internal AI platform to standardize, scale, and productionize LLM- and agent-based systems, empowering SolarEdge to harness the full potential of AI across our products and services.
What You’ll Do
· Design reusable agentic AI infrastructure, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), tool orchestration, and planning/execution flows.
· Build robust retrieval services, embedding pipelines, and intelligent model-routing solutions.
· Implement comprehensive evaluation, monitoring, and cost-control frameworks to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
· Optimize for latency, reliability, and token efficiency at scale, ensuring high performance in production environments.
· Productionize advanced ML models and seamlessly integrate them with enterprise systems across SolarEdge's global operations.
· Collaborate closely with Data Science & Engineering teams, contributing to system architecture and driving projects forward with a clear technical direction.
What We’re Looking For
· 5+ years of experience in backend, ML, or AI engineering roles.
· Proven expertise in building scalable AI/ML infrastructure and deploying models in production environments.
· Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, or similar), with deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud platforms.
· Experience with LLMs, agent-based systems, and modern AI frameworks.
· Ability to design and implement monitoring, evaluation, and cost optimization strategies for AI systems.
· Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
· Passion for clean energy and leveraging technology for global impact.
