We are looking for a Senior AI Platform Operations Engineer to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of enterprise AI services running on Azure. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong operations mindset, ownership mentality, and expertise in ITIL-driven practices.
Azure service monitoring Continuously track performance, availability, and health of AI workloads on Azure, using advanced monitoring tools to prevent downtime.
Incident & problem management Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term remediation to ensure service resilience.
Deployment governance Oversee service rollouts, upgrades, and configuration changes with strict adherence to enterprise standards.
Operational optimization Identify inefficiencies, reduce costs, and implement improvements to strengthen system stability.
Security & compliance Ensure AI services meet enterprise security policies and regulatory requirements, including IAM best practices.
Azure operations experience 5–7 years in IT/cloud operations with proven expertise in Azure services.
Monitoring & incident management Strong background in proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
Enterprise operations mindset Familiarity with structured frameworks and governance models for enterprise-scale services.
Ownership mentality Ability to take accountability for service health and drive continuous improvement.
ITIL expertise Solid understanding of ITIL processes and their application in enterprise operations.
Experience in AI service operations
Knowledge of Entra ID / IAM for identity and access management.
Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and automation frameworks.
