Who we are

We are looking for Senior Full-Stack AI Engineers to design, build, integrate, and operate end-to-end digital capabilities that combine modern web applications with artificial intelligence services. The role will cover user experience, backend APIs, AI orchestration, data access, evaluation, observability, security, deployment, and production support.

The engineers will collaborate with Product, Architecture, Data and AI, Cybersecurity, Quality Assurance, DevOps, and business teams to convert prioritized use cases into reliable and maintainable solutions. They must be pragmatic software engineers who can determine where AI adds measurable value, integrate external or internally hosted models, and implement appropriate guardrails, human oversight, and quality controls.

What you'll be doing

• Analyze business requirements and design end-to-end AI-enabled solutions across frontend, backend, integrations, data, security, and operations
• Develop and maintain user interfaces using React or Angular, applying strong state management and testing practices
• Build backend services, APIs, and integrations using Node.js, Python, Java, Spring Boot, or similar technologies
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities through model APIs, SDKs, embeddings, vector search, RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling, and workflow orchestration
• Design secure data ingestion, storage, retrieval, and transformation processes
• Implement automated testing (unit, integration, E2E, regression) and AI-specific quality evaluations
• Ensure security, privacy, observability, monitoring, and operational resilience of AI-powered applications
• Contribute to CI/CD, containerization, deployment automation, and production support
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvements
• Participate in architecture reviews, mentoring, documentation, and engineering best practices

What you'll bring along

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including senior-level full-stack development
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Java, and Spring Boot
• Experience building REST APIs, event-driven architectures, distributed systems, and enterprise integrations
• Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI workflow orchestration
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, data pipelines, caching, and search technologies
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, containerization, cloud platforms, automated testing, monitoring, and observability
• Good understanding of security, privacy, responsible AI, and production support practices
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Professional English proficiency
• Experience taking AI-enabled solutions from design through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support
